When you contact us through our website, book a shoot, or enquire about our services, we may collect:
- Your name and contact details (email address, phone number)
- Details of your project or enquiry
- Payment and billing information (processed securely — we do not store card details)
- Any content you share with us as part of a shoot or campaign brief
We process your data on the following lawful bases:
Contract performance
To deliver the services you have engaged us for — shoots, campaigns, Uplens installations.
Legitimate interests
To respond to enquiries, manage our client relationships and improve our services.
Legal obligation
To comply with tax, accounting and other statutory requirements.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud storage, accounting software) who act as data processors under our instruction. We ensure all processors provide adequate GDPR-compliant safeguards. We will only disclose data to third parties where required by law.
We retain client data for up to 7 years following the end of a contract, in line with HMRC requirements for financial records. Enquiry data from people who do not become clients is deleted within 12 months. You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below). Uplens session footage auto-deletes 7 days after capture.
