To deliver the services you have engaged us for — shoots, campaigns, Uplens installations.

4. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud storage, accounting software) who act as data processors under our instruction. We ensure all processors provide adequate GDPR-compliant safeguards. We will only disclose data to third parties where required by law.

We retain client data for up to 7 years following the end of a contract, in line with HMRC requirements for financial records. Enquiry data from people who do not become clients is deleted within 12 months. You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below). Uplens session footage auto-deletes 7 days after capture.
